USS JURASSIC AWARDS

The USS Jurassic offers the following awards to people deserving of recognition on our ship. Unless the award has a specific month listed, it can be given at any time. If you know of someone on the ship who is deserving of one of these awards, please make a recommendation in writing to the Commanding Officer or First Officer at any time. You don't have to write a lot. Just tell us who, the name of the award, and briefly why you think this person deserves the award. Any person receiving a USS JURASSIC award can automatically claim 5 points on their next promotion points sheet for receiving the award. Just write the name of the award you received and the date you received it on the points sheet. Then add 5 points in the "points" column. Even though a particular award states that it is given out during a specific month, that award will only be given if there is someone who deserves it.
