This satellite which orbits the EROR/1a planet, was designed by Chief Engineer Gary Donner. It is a relay station that has radio telescopes, up and down links, and is used to achieve communications ranges far greater than could be obtained by normal antenna arrays. The satellite contains multiple transceiver units and antenna arrays. It is an unmanned satellite. However, it does have quarters for use by a couple of engineers during maintence operations and upgrades.
