Fictional Profiles Coordinator:

The Fictional Profiles Coordinator receives from crew members profiles of their "Alter Egos" aboard ship (which includes information such as race, sex, age, height, weight, eye colour, hair colour where appropriate, special skills, hobbies, and history prior to joining the ship) and keeps them on file. This is very important for those crew members that want to write stories and include their fellow crew members in them. After all, it would not do to describe having known a fellow crew member on Earth as a child, only to discover that said crew member is an Alien, and has never been to Earth.
